Completing this course is the first step in making sure you have everything you need to do exactly that, but we’re always here if you need us.
To make sure we’re able to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please follow the guidelines below.
Morpheus support portal
The easiest place to start troubleshooting and getting help with Morpheus is the support portal.
You can click here to get to the portal, or tap Product tutorials in the menu area of the Morpheus app.

Once you’re in the portal, you can use the search function to find specific topics, or click on links in the knowledgebase to browse different topics.
You will also find hundreds of educational articles on the support portal.
Submitting a ticket
If you can’t find what you’re looking for in the support portal or need additional help, the next step is to submit a ticket directly to our support team.
In the menu area of the Morpheus app, scroll down and tap the Get support button and then complete and submit the ticket.
Our team is happy to help and responds to all tickets within 24 hours Monday – Friday.

The Morpheus FB Community
The Morpheus FB community is a great place to share tips, tricks, and strategies with your fellow Morpheus users from all over the world.
We also use the group to keep everyone updated on any new or upcoming changes to Morpheus, so make sure to join us.
It’s a private group, so you’ll need to click here to request an invite to join

Note that the FB group is not the best place to ask for help or troubleshoot issues.
Please use the other help and support methods listed above so discussions in the FB group can stay focused on tips, tricks, strategies, and sharing ideas.
