The goal of our entire team is to make sure you have all the help and support you need to get the most out of Morpheus.
Completing this course is the first step in making sure you have everything you need to do exactly that, but we’re always here if you need us.
To make sure we’re able to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please follow the guidelines below.
FAQ & Troubleshooting
For more information regarding how to get the most out of your Morpheus, please see our FAQ & Troubleshooting lesson a bit later in this 101 course.

Morpheus support portal
The easiest place to start troubleshooting and getting help with Morpheus is the support portal.
You can click here to get to the portal, or click “Support” and then “Product Tutorials” in the Morpheus app.
Once you’re in the portal, you can use the search function to find specific tutorials, or click on links in the knowledgebase to browse different topics.
Submitting a ticket
If you can’t find what you’re looking for in the support portal or need additional help, the next step is to submit a ticket directly to our support team.
You can find a button to submit a ticket at the top of the portal, or in the app under “Support” and then “Request Help”
Our team is happy to help and responds to all tickets within 24 hours Monday – Friday.
Reporting a bug
In the event that you run across a bug in the app (something not working right), the best way to help us fix it is to submit a bug report. This will give our development team the additional details they need to fix it ASAP.
To submit a bug, swipe with two fingers from the right of the screen to the left. This will bring up the bug report screen.
Select “Report a problem” and our team will take it from there.
If we need any additional details from you to help us solve the issue, we’ll reach out to you directly.
The Morpheus FB Community
The Morpheus FB community is a great place to share tips, tricks, and strategies with your fellow Morpheus users from all over the world.
We also use the group to keep everyone updated on any new or upcoming changes to Morpheus, so make sure to join us.
It’s a private group, so you’ll need to click here to request an invite to join
Note that the FB group is not the best place to ask for help or troubleshoot issues.
Please use the other help and support methods listed above so discussions in the FB group can stay focused on tips, tricks, strategies, and sharing ideas.
