We usually ship within 1 business day and when it goes out the door, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Be sure to check other email folders if you do not see it in your inbox. And add [email protected] as a "safe sender" with your email provider.
If you’re in the US: you'll be able to track your order with the tracking link. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days, but this depends on USPS, UPS, and other couriers, and is not something that we can control.
If you're outside the US, you'll also be able to track your order, but unfortunately we can't predict exactly when it will reach you, because shipping processes and customs times vary depending on the destination country.
On average it takes about 7-14 days to arrive to international customers after it has shipped.
In the meantime, we've put together a few simple things to do to make sure you're ready to go as soon as it arrives.
Step 1: Jump into the Morpheus 101 course
To help you get up and running with Morpheus as fast as possible, we've put together a short course to guide you through the process.
Pro tip: Do not open your M7 on the day that you get it and do your first recovery test that day. Read the 101 article about the recovery test so that you know the protocol that needs to be followed to get accurate data.

In the course, you'll learn how to get the Morpheus app setup, how to take your first recovery test, the most effective ways to train with Morpheus, FAQs, and more.ds to be followed to get accurate data.
Step 2: Install the Morpheus Training app on your phone
Before you can start using Morpheus, you'll need to install the app on your phone. It's available in the app stores for on both iOS and Android.
Follow the guidelines in the Morpheus 101 course to create your account and setup the app to get started.
Step 3: Join the Morpheus Facebook Group
The Morpheus user group on Facebook is the best place to connect with other Morpheus users and our support staff to stay up to date with all the Morpheus news, talk about training, and make sure you're getting the most out of Morpheus.
Please note that we will approve your request to join as soon as possible. This usually means within 24 hours, but it may be longer if you the send the request on a weekend or holiday. Please be sure to answer all the join request questions.
The Morpheus Facebook and Instagram profiles are available to provide product and service updates, education on living and training the Morpheus way, as well as other important and fun updates.
Step 4: Join the Morpheus 30-Day Recovery Challenge
To make sure you get started with Morpheus in a fun and engaging way, we have a monthly 30-Day Recovery Challenge.
Once you receive your new Morpheus system, the challenge is a great place to get started
Each day for through the challenge, Morpheus will reward points for doing things like taking an HRV test, getting enough sleep, being active, getting in recovery workouts, etc. At the same time, it will subtract points for not getting those things right.
We'll provide a report so everyone in the challenge can see how they're doing and how they stack up to everyone else going through it at the same time.
There is also a short lesson each day that you can view on topics that will enhance your Morpheus experience, and quite frankly will enhance your life.
The Morpheus Challenge is fun and engaging way to focus on recovery, while including a bit of competition for motivation.
