Your Morpheus band will be shipped within 1-2 business days. As soon as it ships, you'll receive a shipment tracking notification.

Until then, we've put together a few simple things to do to make sure you're ready to hit the ground running as soon as it arrives.

Step 1: Join the Morpheus Facebook Group

The Morpheus user group on Facebook is the best place to connect with other Morpheus users and our support staff to stay up to date with all the Morpheus news, talk about training, and make sure you're getting the most out of Morpheus.

Please note that we will approve your request to join as soon as possible. This usually means within 24 hours, but it may be longer if you the send the request on a weekend or holiday.

Step 3: Bookmark the Morpheus Support Portal

To make sure all your questions to get answered, we've created the Morpheus support portal. In it, you'll find helpful articles about all features of the M5 and the Morpheus app, along with education to ensure you get the most out of your Morpheus experience.

Since you'll be getting your Morpheus M5 band soon, please take a second to bookmark the Support Portal page so if you run into any issues at all during the setup or while using Morpheus, you can check to see your question or issue has already been answered.

Aside from the support portal, we also have a variety of other ways to help you if you need any type of support using Morpheus.

The Morpheus Facebook and Instagram profiles are available to provide product and service updates, education on living and training the Morpheus way, as well as other important and fun updates.
